Lars Blicher is an accomplished CEO and leader with over 30 years of experience in both the maritime and IT industries. With a strong foundation in business development and leadership, he has a proven track record in growing and managing successful ventures. Lars has held key roles in the offshore wind and IT sectors, including as the founder of Swire Blue Ocean A/S, where he built the company from the ground up, overseeing its growth to over USD 100 million in annual revenue and managing over 200 employees. He also played a pivotal role in developing Maersk Supply Service's offshore wind department, securing large-scale contracts and overseeing investments in new wind installation assets.Lars holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and has been at the helm of several companies, developing innovative solutions and driving strategic partnerships. His core skills include leadership, communication, strategy development, negotiation, and customer relations. Fluent in English and Danish, Lars is known for his ability to motivate teams, foster innovation, and successfully navigate complex negotiations.
