Randall ("Randy") Stilley
Mr. Stilley has 40+ years of business and technology experience. He was CEO of Paragon Offshore plc (NYSE: PGN), Seahawk Drilling NASDAQ: HAWK); Hercules Offshore (NASDAQ: HERO), Seitel, Inc.; and President-OFS at Weatherford (NYSE: WFT). Earlier, Mr. Stilley was SVP Well Completion/Production Services at Halliburton (NYSE: HAL), and Vice President Asia Pacific/China. He was Chairman of ThruBit Logging prior to a sale to Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB), he is a director at Siege Technologies.; and he is also on several charitable boards. Mr. Stilley received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas.
